その直方体の輪郭に黒い線を引くと、量感が消え、一枚の紙を組み立て作ったようなペラペラの立体物に変化する。

Hundreds of sheets of paper are stacked vertically to form a rectangle.
When black lines are drawn on the outline of the rectangle, it loses its volume and
is transformed into a flimsy three-dimensional object that looks like a single sheet of paper put together.
